Qualifications

• Forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is required.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to become certified.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Transport raw materials, packaging, and finished products to designated locations.
• Supply production lines with materials to support continuous operations.
• Perform inventory transactions and scan materials using warehouse systems or RF scanners.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production areas.
• Follow OSHA regulations, GMP, and company safety policies.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory control, and general warehouse duties.
