Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Greensboro, NC seeks a 1st Shift Full Time Forklift Operator I to perform pallet building, inbound unloading, outbound loading, replenishment and order fulfilment.

You will retrieve and stack product, operate a forklift safely in a fast-paced, noisy, non-temperature-controlled warehouse, with flexible scheduling.

Minimum 1–3 years experience; PIT certification preferred; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• PIT Certification preferred for pallet jack and forklifts.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and place product cases onto pallets per pick tickets, ensuring safety and stability.
• Unload inbound product and transport items to designated storage areas safely and efficiently.
• Load outbound product onto trailers for shipping, maintaining accuracy.
• Replenish product to pick and mezzanine areas, ensuring correct placement.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area and warehouse.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
