Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Hickory, NC is hiring a 1st Shift Full Time Forklift Operator I to move product throughout a busy warehouse.

You will build pallets, unload inbound freight, load outbound shipments, and replenish the pick floor while keeping safety and accuracy top of mind. You'll work in a fast-paced, noisy environment and collaborate with a team to maintain orderly stock, operate pallet jacks and PIT equipment, and support continuous process improvements through careful

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience preferred.
• PIT Certification required (Pallet Jack, forklift types).
• Ability to operate in a noisy, non-temperature-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets with cases of product, ensuring stability and safety.
• Unload inbound product and transport to storage areas safely and efficiently.
• Load outbound product to trailers at loading docks.
• Replenish stock to pick floors/vertique mezzanine areas accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area; assist in pallet building as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
