Job summary

Vistar in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Forklift Operator on a Monday–Friday 1st shift. Start time 7:00 AM; end times vary by volume. Earn $21.00–$22.25 per hour with a $1.25 freezer differential plus incentive pay. Day 1 benefits, PTO, and 401(k) matching are offered as part of competitive benefits.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, staging inventory, and keeping the work area safe and organized while meeting productivity standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, reach truck.
• Transport incoming freight to inventory and replenish pick slots.
• Ensure safety, GMP, and quality standards are met.
• Complete paperwork and maintain clean work area.
