Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Willard, OH is seeking a Forklift/PIV Operator for 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm). Responsibilities include forklift safety checks, loading/unloading, inventory scanning, stocking lines, and adhering to ISO standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid lift truck license, ability to lift 40 lbs, and strong communication skills. OT may be required, with comprehensive benefits offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Valid lift truck license required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn facility layout and scanning procedures.
• Knowledge of AS400 system or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily safety check sheet on forklift.
• Load and unload parts or materials off trucks.
• Scan all parts in and out of stock locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Keep assembly lines stocked with the proper amount of parts.
• Follow ISO standards and procedures.
• Abide by Willard safety policies.
• Ensure stock areas are neat and organized.
• Support department as needed.
