Tyson Foods in Union City, TN, is hiring a Processing Packer on 1st shift for a full-time role. Packers perform final packaging of sausage chubs and slicks, inspect for defects, and palletize finished products per specification.

You will follow SOPs/JSAs, train new team members, and promote safety. This role requires physical work and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work 1st shift.
• Manual dexterity required for packing and palletizing.

Responsabilidades

• Identify product codes and case pack configurations on the line.
• Visually inspect packages for defects and remove nonconforming items.
• Keep the work area clean and organized during production.
• Follow SOPs and JSAs in daily tasks.
• Serve as on-the-job trainer for new team members.
• Promote safety and report unsafe practices to supervisors.
• Uphold Tyson's culture of respect for all team members.
