Job Title:Fabrication Technician I
Location:Frazeysburg, OH
Schedule:Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
· (2) 15 min paid breaks and (1) 30 min unpaid lunch
Pay Rate:Starting up to $17.25/hr

Primary Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following:
· Ability to learn and follow work instructions
· Perform and adhere to Lock Out Tag Out safety standards
· Meet / Exceed production standards
· Excellent time management and communication skills
· Ability to work both independently and with a team
· Self-Motivated
· Follows Company safety and department policies and procedures
· Maintains neat and clean work environment following 5S methodology
· Makes recommendations to continually improve processes
· Performs other duties as assigned

The qualifications listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required. · High School diploma / GED preferred
· Proven commitment to quality compliance and productivity
· Knowledge of company safety, OSHA and department policies and procedures including Lock Out Tag Out
· Good applied interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
· Ability to read and comprehend basic English and perform basic math functions including reading a tape measure
· Ability to be self-motivated
Workplace Experience:
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
