Responsibilities
Perform electroplating processes according to standardized methods.
Maintain plating solutions per required formulas.
Inspect parts and plating solutions to ensure optimal results.
Follow specifications, work orders, and instructions for each job.
Identify and reject parts that do not meet quality standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills
Prior plating experience
Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to lift and move 30-40 lb boxes regularly
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong understanding of safety procedures and chemical handling
Experience in the jewelry industry
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
Experience operating manufacturing machinery
