Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve process and packaging equipment, maximizing production and safety standards. Lead maintenance improvements, teach operators, and support TPM and changeovers.

Role requires experience with Allen-Bradley PLC systems and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience maintaining, troubleshooting & repairing mechanical & electrical/controls/PLC systems (Allen-Bradley).
• Filler equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to read prints, flowcharts, schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment and promote safety behaviors.
• Focus on Good Manufacturing and Food Safety practices.
• Repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical issues and replace parts as needed.
• Wire moderately complex control circuits.
• Train line operators in basic maintenance and autonomous TPM activities.
• Fabricate, repair and install piping and related components.
• Learn welding and machine metals, plastics and composites as needed.
• Troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment; support changeovers.
• Identify root causes of failures and resolve with minimal downtime.
