Seneca Resources is seeking an Electrician for the Painted Post, NY facility. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical distribution systems, electronics, and lighting, with a focus on motor controls and low voltage systems.

Position targets NEC compliance and safety standards in daily operations. The contract-to-hire arrangement expects a 1st shift schedule, with pay competitive and experience-based.

Qualificações

• Apprenticeship program completed; 21+ years old.
• 5 years of related experience or training.
• Valid certifications, licenses, and driver's license.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals; communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Installs and connects power supply wiring and conduit for lighting, general devices, newly installed machines and building equipment.
• Troubleshoot and support production controls and automation components.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, motor starters, MCC panels, MCC circuits, variable frequency drives and lighting fixtures and replaces damaged parts, broken wires, cables and connections.
• Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings per the NEC.
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks on 480 volt or less, on all electrical utilities and equipment.
