Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 5 years of related distribution/logistics supervisory experience.
• Equivalent education/experience with emphasis in logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 20–25 hourly dock staff and material handlers.
• Schedule work, assign tasks, and train employees.
• Ensure shipment accuracy and throughput requirements are met.
• Maintain production records and safety compliance.
• Communicate performance and schedules to teams.
