Job summary

Kroger Manufacturing in Iowa is seeking a warehouse operator to oversee daily operations, safely operating machines and ensuring timely orders while maintaining quality standards. • Responsible for all safety procedures, including wearing PPE.
• Monitor product to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.

• Safely operate warehouse equipment and vehicles and utilize hand tools.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment when needed.
• Complete safety observations.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Verify proper components at the work station before beginning a job.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation, writing clearly.
• Actively participate in Total Process Control (TPC) activities.
• Plan, oversee and participate in warehouse operations and activities.
• Maintain regular attendance, and overtime as needed.
• Follow programs to produce safe, quality foods meeting regulatory and company requirements.
• Accountable to Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles.
• Must be able to work around ingredients and/or finished products containing allergens.
