Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods Distribution Center in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Quality Control Associate for the 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM). You will conduct audits to ensure accuracy across processing and support areas, handling chargebacks and capturing vendor errors to maintain quality control.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to be certified on equipment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
Willing to be certified on equipment, based on location.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull & lift cartons/bins weighing up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
Must feel comfortable reporting errors to department Supervisor (interact & defend position).
Proficient in WMS, PMMS.

Responsibilities

Verifies that MHE label application is correct to standards.
Audits outbound processing totes for accuracy.
Completes carton audits at shipping to identify correct pallet placement & store location.
Complete trailer audits.
Audit OSO packets to ensure correct paperwork is being provided to Receiving. Audit back stock locations to ensure correct product is in location. Audit store to store transfers to ensure correct product is being transferred.
Search building for vendor compliance issues.
Other audits & duties as assigned
