Key Responsibilities:

  1. Follows all safety procedures associated with the machine center
  2. Prepares bottom and top sheets for units, prints load tags
  3. Responsible for unitization per customer specification
  4. Understands and participates as required in quality checks
  5. Works at pace set by the machine operator to achieve conformance to production schedule
  6. Reads and follows shop order instructions
  7. Troubleshoots problems throughout production run
  8. Complies with all company policies and procedures
  9. Maintains high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in work area
  10. Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment
  2. Proven ability to work SAFELY adhering to all safety processes and policies
  3. Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasion to support operational and business needs
  4. Ability to work either individually or in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  5. For safety and operational efficiency, candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. This includes understanding safety instructions, operating procedures, and workplace signage.
