Qualifications

• 3+ years of Controls Engineering experience in manufacturing/assembly.
• Proficiency with RSLogix 5000 and RSLinx is required.
• Experience with fastener torque systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review PLC logic and debug for proper function and error-proofing.
• Lead root cause investigations to eliminate downtime issues.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Review and approve electrical/controls schematics and drawings.
• Develop PFMEAs, control plans, and process flow charts.
