Job summary

Milwaukee Valve Company is seeking a 1st Shift CNC Setup III for the Prairie Du Sac, WI plant. Starting hourly wage is $30.23 with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Regular hours are 7:00AM-3:30PM, Mon-Fri, with possible overtime and Saturday work.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 4 years of related machining experience. The role requires strong math, reading, and communication skills and familiarity with various CNC machines and tooling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 4-year related machining experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret basic documents such as safety policies and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine set up and operation of CNC equipment (HMC, VMC, HTL, VTL, Swiss Screw, multiturn, transfer machines, robots).
• Determine work holding and tool selection; edit programs as needed.
• Mentor others in machining and maintain organized documentation.
