Job summary

A.J. Rose Manufacturing in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a hands-on CNC Production Supervisor to lead the 1st shift machining team on the shop floor. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while mentoring operators and coordinating with maintenance, quality, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CNC machining or metal stamping teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support CNC operators and production employees on 1st shift.
• Ensure daily production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are achieved.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to maximize performance.
• Monitor staffing, attendance, productivity, and workflow.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Tooling teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Promote a positive, accountable, and safety-focused culture.
