• 3-5 years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with Fanuc, Haas, or similar CNC controls
• Ability to independently set up both 3-axis mills and 2-axis lathes
• Strong blueprint reading and machining knowledge
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
