Partners In Recovery LLC is hiring a 1st Shift CNC Machinist at our Niles, MI facility to support aerospace parts production. You will set up, run, and monitor CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

C&S Machine is hiring a 1st Shift CNC Machinist to support production and deliver high-quality aerospace parts.
In this role, you’ll be part of the team responsible for keeping machines running efficiently and ensuring parts meet quality standards.

What you’ll do:

• Set up, run, and monitor CNC machines to keep production moving
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality
• Read blueprints and verify parts meet specifications
• Track production and maintain basic records
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
