Aerotek is seeking a 1st Shift CNC Machine Operator for a contract-to-hire role in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. The position requires operating CNC lathes and machining centers with precision, reading blueprints, and using micrometers/calipers to ensure quality. Experience with lean manufacturing and on-time delivery is valued.

Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience operating a Mill or Lathe is a plus.
• Punctuality and reliability in daily attendance.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
