Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Top of Line Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to service clients in the Perrinton, MI area for Private Duty In-Home Care. If you believe each patient is as unique as their care, you will tailor the right care to each individual while honoring preferences and needs.

Schedule is Monday-Sunday 10:00A-2:00P with PRN/PT/FT options. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, PTO, paid mileage, and an Employee of The Month opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
