AdvisaCare is seeking top-tier Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in Litchfield, MI. If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need—striving to offer personalized care that respects individual preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs—YOU'RE THE ONE we're looking for!

Shifts are 12 hours, from 8 AM to 8 PM. Clients require assistance with pivot transfers to wheelchair or bed, meal prep and cooking, rides to appointments, shopping for personal and home needs (mileage paid), and help with all daily ADLs and light housekeeping.

Ability to start work immediately after completing our hiring process!

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to work responsibly both independently and as part of a team
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to travel within the service area
  • CPR Certification
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check
