Avery Weigh-Tronix in Minnesota is seeking an assembler to follow work instructions and training to assemble and calibrate products. You will work toward quality, meet deadlines, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Typical schedule is Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM with a 1/2 hour lunch, plus overtime on Fridays and some Saturdays. Requires a high school diploma and basic computer knowledge; training for specialized processes is provided.

Regular hour schedule for this this position is Monday – Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM with ½ hr lunch each day. Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed. Overtime hours are scheduled on Fridays and occasional Saturdays.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to consistently use hands to assemble, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is consistently required to stand, walk, lift, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include normal vision. Other physical requirements include:
Ability to follow instructions (English) from sources such as work orders, work aids, blueprints, sales orders and other employees. Good training retention. Must be able to collaborate with team members of all backgrounds in a positive & productive manner. Strong work ethic and self-motivation with minimal supervision. Ability to consistently report to station on time. Quality oriented. Required to follow all safety and company policy rules.
Desire to participate in voluntary overtime when offered. Ability to self-manage paid time off including proper requests and maintaining sufficient balance.
$18.04 – $19.10 per hour
