Venango Machine is seeking an experienced 1st shift Blanchard Grinder Operator. Pay is based on experience, up to $25.00 per hour. Overtime is required, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use shop measuring tools.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and scales to check dimensions.
• Experience with overhead cranes or forklifts.
• Attention to detail to maintain tight tolerances and proper surface finishes.
• Grind to tolerances: .003" - .015" on thickness; grind parts flat and parallel to .003".
• Debur and clean parts before and after grinding.
• Grinding of non-magnetic materials.

Required Skills

• PM Machine daily
• Grind to the following tolerances: .003" - .015" on thickness. Grind parts flat and par to .003"
• Debur and clean parts before and after grinding process
• Grinding of non- magnetic materials
