Position Details

Location: Germantown, WI

Shift: 6am-2pm

Role: Responsible for dispensing adhesives and specialty chemicals into containers using manual and automated packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, disassemble, and clean packaging machinery (e.g., Simplex, Ram, G-100 gun, Heat Sealer, Shotmeter, Hand Pours).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; ensure machines are clean before use.
• Assist in training new team members and support existing team members as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• 0-2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to read and perform basic math.
• Willingness to learn machinery operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in adhesives, chemicals, paints, or liquid packaging.
