Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with team development.
• PLC and ammonia refrigeration experience required.
• Food manufacturing background recommended (meat/harvest a plus).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Own capital project development and post-approval management, delivering on time and budget.
• Collaborate with Plant Engineer on scheduling, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead Maintenance to implement TPM, Preventive and Predictive maintenance.
• Optimize resource scheduling to reduce downtime and costs and boost efficiency.
• Lead maintenance team, enforce policies, and manage responsibilities.
• Champion plant safety through training and procedures.
