Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a reliable Assembly Technician to build concrete mixer trucks and related components. The role involves hands-on work with hand and power tools, interpreting engineering drawings, and performing basic shop math.

This is a 1st shift position, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with mandatory overtime on Fridays. Pay is $20.50 per hour, with overtime possible depending on workload.

Qualifications

• 3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and material specs.
• Perform basic shop math and use tools safely.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and wear steel‑toed boots.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products for concrete mixer trucks using hand and power tools.
• Install factory and vendor‑supplied parts to complete machinery.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and material specifications.
• Perform basic shop math to ensure accurate measurements and assembly.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the assembly process.
