PEI Genesis seeks a 1st Shift General Production Assembler in South Bend, IN (Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm). You will assemble connectors per work orders, follow ISO9001/AS9100 guidelines, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Good communication skills with peers and management.
• Cross trained for all areas of production.
• Ability to fluctuate schedule as needed.
• Willingness to learn product and process.
• Ability to follow directives from supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble connectors per work orders and instructions.
• Read and follow specifications and special instructions.
• Complete production documentation per ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
• Operate inspection/measuring tools as required.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Review and disposition non-conforming material as directed.
