Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented with ability to follow instructions.
• Able to stand for the duration of shift.
• Able to lift up to 20–40 lbs.
• Able to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach.
• Able to adapt quickly and adjust schedule when changes arise.

• Assemble components and wire parts following work instructions and standards.
• Inspect parts for defects and quality compliance.
• Package finished goods, label products, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Keep work area clean and organized according to 5S and safety protocols.
• Support basic warehouse tasks such as stocking, sorting, and material handling.
• Achieve daily production targets while ensuring high product quality.
• Follow safety guidelines and report safety concerns to leadership.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow.
• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, wiping and garbage removal.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
