Job summary

Werfen Bedford site is seeking a Production Operator to perform assembly and related manufacturing tasks under supervision. You will follow visual aids, assembly drawings, and written or verbal instructions to complete operations.

Responsibilities include assembling, routing finished products, maintaining inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and upholding 5S in the work area. 0–2 years in manufacturing preferred and English procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Knowledge & Experience: High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years applicable experience in a manufacturing or equivalent environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, disassembles, or performs process steps on our products.
• Achieves quality and productivity according to established standards.
• Routes finished products to their designated location.
• Processes accurate inventory transactions.
• Perform routine inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain “5S” standards for their work area.
