Quanex is seeking an Assembler - 1st shift for our Owatonna, Minnesota operations. The role focuses on assembling finished window hardware products for shipment, with hours Monday to Thursday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM. The environment is team-oriented and growth-minded.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations preferred but not required.
• Ability to read orders and verify parts.
• Willingness to participate in machine setup and training.

Responsibilities

• Read orders to verify parts and assemble components.
• Check quality of components prior to assembly.
• Record daily production quantities.
• Inspect final assembled part and pack product.
• Assist in machine setup and training of others.
