Job summary

Knowles-Corporation in Liberty, SC is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate for 1st Shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) to assemble film capacitors per blueprints and specifications, and to support efficient production on the floor.

Candidates should read drawings, measure components, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a clean, safe workspace; prior production experience is a plus and good attendance is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to quality and adherence to blueprints.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn measurement devices.
• Ability to convert decimals to fractions and operate multiple equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble film capacitors per specifications following blueprints.

Manufacturing Production Associate for Specialty Film Products -1st Shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)

• Assemble film capacitors per specifications (requires ability to follow blueprints / drawings).
• Work efficiently, following steps in the process to maintain workflow on the production floor.
• Pull and prepare parts for jobs.
• Fill in for absent team members when required.
• Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.
