Join us for the Key Account Manager - Vending & Food Service role at 1st Phorm International.

This position offers a base pay range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year and is remote.

Role Overview

The Key Account Manager for Vending & Food Service develops and maintains relationships with customers, manages sales objectives, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver value. Responsibilities include growing sales, managing distributors, executing promotional programs, and providing strategic feedback.

Responsibilities
  1. Increase sales and market share within assigned accounts.
  2. Manage distributor relationships and rebate programs.
  3. Build relationships with decision-makers and utilize sales tools.
  4. Report on account performance and provide strategic insights.
  5. Educate clients about 1st Phorm products and company mission.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Key Account Management within CPG industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with brokers and managing distributor relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Work Environment & Travel
  • Collaborative team environment.
  • National travel up to 50% required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reside within 30 miles of a regional airport.
