Machine Operator Pay Rates:

• $17-$20 per hour based on department, shift, and experience
• 1st and 3rd shift roles available

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and clean machines before and after each shift
• Feed machines and operate according to manufacturer settings
• Ensure machines produce quality products by managing periodic checks on output
• Maintain stocks of needed materials to ensure continuous operation
• Create and maintain activity logs

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Requires precision in hand movements and strong visual attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Machine Operator
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Flexibility to work overtime and on weekends as needed
• Ability to pass an extensive background check
