We are hiring a talented Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this site, a warehouse worker plays an important role in the business’s success. You would perform a range of functions that may include processing of incoming stock/materials, packing/filling orders, and shipping orders. While doing these functions in the warehouse, we look for accuracy and efficiency to ensure achievement of corporate and customers’ objectives. This job does not require any previous warehouse experience.

1ST SHIFT HOURS - 6:45AM-3:00PM

MID SHIFT HOURS - 8:45AM-5:00PM

Hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing items in their correct location.
  2. Properly picks and packs orders (as assigned) to be shipped according to company standards.
  3. Reliably retrieves items in the warehouse to be processed and shipped.
  4. Verifies and records incoming product (as assigned) accurately and efficiently.
  5. Understands barcode technology and operates RF equipment as assigned.
  6. Operates automated picking equipment, power conveyors, and forklifts as assigned.
  7. Organize and sort items on shelving, bins and overhangs according to the company standards.
  8. Maintain and report all safety procedures/issues.
  9. Assists in maintaining a neat and orderly warehouse.
  10. Consistently achieves or exceeds warehouse operational pick/pack/ship/receive volume and quality standards.
  11. Positive attitude. Excellent time management and attendance performance.
  12. Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
  1. High school diploma or GED equivalent required; must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. Ability to read and comprehend pick tickets, purchase orders, receiving slips, route slips and instructions.
  3. Must be able to do basic arithmetic; skill levels normally acquired through the completion of high school.
  4. Operates automated carts and other power equipment.
  5. Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  6. Knowledge of Polaris product and parts preferred.
  7. Prior forklift experience preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  1. Standard fast-paced warehouse environment.
  2. Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. individually or 75 lbs. with a team lift, as many warehouse items are heavy.
  3. Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for long periods of time and working primarily standing.
  4. Ability to tolerate heights up to 26 feet.
  5. During peak operational periods overtime may be required, including weekends.

The starting pay rate is $16.76 per hour. Further pay increases are based on tenure and certification (training) progression (up to $22.95).

This role is also eligible for Polaris' profit sharing program, which consists of a bonus target of 15%.

Base Pay Range: $16.76 - $20.68
