Job summary

St. Croix River Cruises is seeking dependable individuals with a strong work ethic for Caterer/Runner roles. Responsibilities include stocking boats, preparing for events, transporting food, starting generators, and assisting with maintenance. CPR certification is encouraged.

Applicants should be able to lift 40-60 pounds and work in a dynamic, guest-focused environment aboard river cruises and at affiliated venues.

• Stock boats (supplies, replenish beverages and food).
• Get boats ready and cleaned up.
• Start generator.
• Painting and cleaning of boats and minor maintenance.
• Cater food from restaurant to boat.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Stock boats with supplies and ensure beverages and food are replenished.
• Prepare boats for events and perform post-event cleanup.
• Assist with setup, service, and food transport between kitchen and boats.

St. Croix River Cruises has 2 dinner boats on the St. Croix River and provides event space for corporate groups, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and public brunch, lunch and dinner cruises..

Looking for individuals who have great personality, is responsible/dependable and has hard work ethic.

Caterer/Runner will perform the following duties:

Stock boats (supplies, Replenish Beverages and food etc)

Get boats ready and cleaned up

start generator

cater food from restaurant to boat

company will pay to have person CPR Certified

replenish food on buffets

clean up and set up after event
