Job summary

Workstream is looking for seasonal full-time or part-time crew members to operate dinner boats on the St. Croix River from May to October. Candidates will handle private and public cruises, ensuring smooth operations and safety.

Qualified applicants must possess a valid USCG License or be able to obtain one within 30 days. This role involves working closely with the Owners and Crew and managing passenger check-ins.

Qualifications

• Must have 100-Ton USCG License for the Afton Princess or 50-Ton USCG License for the Grand Duches.
• Valid US Coast Guard license or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate 2 dinner boats on the St. Croix River.
• Conduct pre-check inspections of boats before departures.

Position

Seasonal Full Time or Part Time Position available May - October.

Responsibilities

• Operate 2 dinner boats on the St. Croix River for daytime and evening 2-5 hour private and public cruises.
• Each shift starts 1 hour prior to departure time with pre‑check inspections of fluids, oil, fuel, lights, etc.
• Help with public cruise check‑in of passengers.
• Work directly with Owners, First Mate and Crew.

Requirements

• Afton Princess – 84 ft. yacht – 100‑Ton USCG License required.
• Grand Duches – 120 ft. yacht – 50‑Ton USCG License required.
• Valid US Coast Guard license, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
