Siena Catholic Schools of Racine is seeking a 1st Grade Teacher at St. Joseph School in Racine, WI. St. Joseph is one of the seven schools within Siena Catholic Schools of Racine. Siena Catholic Schools of Racine comprises six elementary/middle schools and one high school that serve more than 1,600 students. Job Summary

  • Providing continual assessment of student progress and maintaining records.
  • Continually evaluating instructional performance to meet the needs of the students.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate subject area.
  • Appropriate State of Wisconsin licensing and certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of application of best teaching practices
  • Ability to work in a high achieving school in a diverse environment.

Preferred

  • Demonstrate commitment to the principles of Catholic Faith.
  • Elementary teaching experience
  • Have general knowledge of transformative technology instruction.
