Espanola Public Schools Hernandez Elementary in Hernandez, New Mexico is seeking an Elementary Teacher to provide high-quality literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies instruction for 1st grade and related duties. Qualifications

• Valid NM PED Elementary Teaching License with appropriate endorsement(s) for assignment.
• Proper licensure for all assigned grade levels and instructional responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Structured Literacy and the Science of Reading.
• Ability to utilize instructional technology and student information systems.
• Bilingual Endorsement when required or preferred by assignment; TESOL endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with NM Content Standards and district curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
• Implement literacy and mathematics instruction using evidence-based practices.
