KIPP Colorado Public Schools is hiring a 1st Grade ELA teacher for KSPE in Denver, CO. This 10-month, exempt role leads engaging, standards-based instruction and supports a culturally sustaining classroom that aligns to MTSS and IEP accommodations.

The teacher partners with families and colleagues to drive student outcomes and maintain a warm, rigorous learning environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, is proficient in Spanish bilingual instruction, and has prior teaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Spanish bilingual (preferred).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience (preferred).
• Ability to participate in events and duties outside regular hours across Denver campuses.

Responsabilités

• Develop standards-based instructional plans and deliver engaging lessons.
• Plan rigorous lessons aligned to deadlines and grade-level expectations.
• Use data to drive instruction and provide feedback to students.
• Implement IEPs, 504 Plans, and MTSS interventions with fidelity.
