Responsibilities include planning, material and tool needs, fabrication, and delivering inspection-ready results under supervision. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and prior marine insulation experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ship board or ship yard experience.
• Proven experience in marine lagging or insulation roles.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Proficiency in using hand tools specific to insulation and insulation work.

Responsibilities

• Independently completing routine marine insulation tasks.
• Work with piping, bulkhead, overhead, ventilation, and machinery insulation work.
• Cleanup and staging.
• Using hand tools and measuring.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Follow directions and the lead of the supervisor and task manager.
