What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. This includes reviewing work orders and blueprints, staging equipment, completing system start-ups, and educating homeowners on system operation.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Installing equipment and ductwork per code and manufacturer standards
• Performing system tests and verifying performance
• Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams
• Documenting job notes and material usage through ServiceTitan
• Maintaining clean workspaces and equipment
• Resolving installation issues efficiently and independently
• Supporting team members and helping newer techs when needed

What You Bring

• Experience in HVAC installation (residential or light commercial)
• Valid EPA Certification and TDLR license
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, navigate attics and crawlspaces, and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Clear background and drug screening
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professional demeanor

Pay & Benefits

This role is paid primarily on a piece rate basis, with additional hourly pay depending on the day’s tasks. You control your earnings by the quality and efficiency of your work.

Compensation Structure:

• Estimated Annual Earnings: $75,000 – $140,000+
• Performance-Based Pay (Piece Rate + Hourly Components)
• Bonuses and commissions available
