Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in the Albion, MI area. You will provide in-home health services, assist with daily living activities, and support patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, monitoring vital signs, administering basic medications, and offering companionship. Flexible scheduling with options for PRN, part-time, or full-time positions is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences

• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Requirements
