Description
Responsible for the safe and legal handling of raw materials and finished goods. Ensures that production lines are supplied with raw materials needed during a production run and remaining materials are returned to the storage warehouse in a manner that adheres to SnackCraft's storage procedures.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Hilo Certification (OSHA)
Work Hours
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:20 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:20 PM
Work Environment
This job operates in a food production and warehouse setting. The floor surface is concrete. The noise level is moderate with no vibration. Material movement takes place throughout the facility.
Core Responsibilities
- Follow GMPs, OSHA Safety, and all other procedures.
- Provide production with correct packaging materials, pallets, ingredients, and film.
- Wrap, tag, and transport finished goods from the production area to the warehouse or designated staging location.
- Transport materials within the facility.
- Optimize loads for operational efficiency.
- Secure loads before transportation.
- Inspect vehicles for damages.
- Operate and manage technical equipment.
- Identify workplace safety hazards.
- Adhere to safety standards and production schedules.
- Use FEFO for raw materials and FIFO for finished products.
- Place raw materials in staging for review before restocking.
- Check the overrun area before each run for rewrapping opportunities.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Adhere to allergen control and avoid cross contamination.
- Handle, store, and distribute raw materials, finished goods, and allergens properly.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Physical Demands
- Communicate effectively using hearing and speaking.
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 lbs.
- Operate equipment with hands and fingers.
- Reach overhead, above shoulders, and horizontally.
- Bend, kneel, sit, or crouch.
- Sit for extended periods.
