A leading company in manufacturing is seeking a Bagger Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves operating a bagger to produce Hydro Mulch, ensuring quality control, and performing general housekeeping duties. Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $19.36/hr

Position Summary

The Bagger Operator is part of a rotating position within the production plant. Primary responsibility is running the bagger which produces 50 lb. bales of Hydro Mulch. Some secondary responsibilities within the rotation are looking for imperfections in packaging as it goes down the production line and remove any bags that are not perfect, cutting open defective bales and placing them in our reprocessing bin, driving a forklift (training provided) and general housekeeping duties.

  • Operate bagger safely and efficiently

  • Remove out-of-spec bags and hand stack for reprocessing.
  • Cut open rejected bales for reprocessing
  • Operate forklift to load and store bags.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
