Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate, dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in‑home care for our clients in the Fremont area of Michigan. This role focuses on delivering personal care with one-on-one attention, ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort during daily activities.

You'll work private duty, in‑home care, supporting a client with a traumatic brain injury who can walk but requires stand-by assistance. Flexible shifts include 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area.
• Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families.
• Support daily living activities with dignity and respect.
• Maintain safety and comfort for the client during every visit.
