Job Summary

Newbold Services is hiring Industrial Assemblers for our Forest City, NC plant. We are looking for dependable individuals who are detail-oriented and ready to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machines to begin production cycles
• Control and adjust machine settings such as speed
• Feed raw materials or parts into semi‑automated machines
• Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools
• Periodically test machine operation Troubleshoot and fix issues during shifts
• Monitor and check output for errors or defects
• Maintain production records and activity logs
