Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Top of Line Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in Hudson, MI and surrounding areas. Immediate start after hiring process, with shifts 7a-3p PRN, 3p-11p PT, and 11p-7a PRN.

Must be available weekends. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a drug screen with clear background.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Home Health Aide/ CNA services to clients in Hudson, MI and surrounding areas.
• Follow individualized care plans and document care provided.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain quality of care.
