Lockheed Martin's OneLM Organization Change Management team is hiring a junior-level Organization Change Management Specialist.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will support organization change management team efforts & learning activities by building the appropriate levels of awareness and by increasing change acceptance and user adoption. These change activities will include:
- Change impact analysis
- Stakeholder analysis
- Role mapping
- Survey construction and deployment
- Analysis of survey results
- Training development & delivery based on survey feedback/results
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting change impact collection and analysis
- Designing effective stakeholder engagement activities
- Creating end-user communications regarding changes
- Preparing training materials and presentations

Further Information About This Opportunity:This is a fully remote position that will require occasional travel (~1x/quarter).
Basic Qualifications:- Exposure to Organization Change Management methodology/practice
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to distill complex information/data into comprehensive, clear messages
- Ability to effectively engage stakeholders to re-imagine possibilities to facilitate business transformation, drive learning and influence buy-in
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience with MS Office products
- Ability to travel as needed
Desired Skills:- Degree in Organizational Change Management, Adult learning, multi-media communication, marketing, or related major or equivalent experience/combined education
- Hands-on experience with change management activities (change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, role mapping, survey construction and deployment, analysis of survey results, incorporating feedback into methodology and alignment through training development/delivery, etc.)
- Hands-on Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication crafting, course/material creation and instruction design (instructor-led or web-based training, quick reference guides, etc.), meeting facilitation, and executive briefing.
- Experience applying ADKAR methodology/practices
- Experience with ADDIE model or similar philosophy in the design, development, and execution of learning for adults
- PROSCI certification
- Experience with 1LMX
- Background or experience with MBE or E&T

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $77,000 - $133,400.
