Rymco LLC, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, seeks a highly motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our team across Knoxville locations. You will drive sales, coach staff, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, train associates, execute local promotions, and uphold merchandising standards. Competitive hourly pay, commissions, PTO, employee discounts, and paid training are offered.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ year of management experience (preferred).

ValidDriver’s Licenseandreliable transportation

Ability to work retail hours:
Monday–Saturday: 9 AM–8 PM
Sunday: 12 PM–5 PM(hours subject to change)
